Kleen Hub is a circular economy solution for cafes, canteens, and takeaway food services. It replaces disposable packaging with reusable containers tracked by smart RFID systems and supported by a mobile-first digital infrastructure. The system promotes accountability, reduces waste, and helps vendors transition to circular business models.
Social Tech Projects worked alongside Kleen Hub from idea to market, designing and developing the system architecture, RFID integration, and UX components. The collaboration enabled the startup to build a reliable prototype, test it in real-world conditions, and scale to multiple cities and commercial kitchens.

The system combines contactless RFID-tagged containers, mobile app check-in/check-out, and return stations called Magic Counters. It automatically logs use cycles, tracks user activity, and delivers environmental KPIs to vendors through a dedicated dashboard.
